what's up lj. schools almost over. i'll still be miserable. i'll still do minimal amounts of laundry. and i'll probably still have way too much facial hair at certain points.

Anyways college is cool. I really just wanna go home right now. I've had this homesick feeling for like 2 weeks that hasn't really gone away. I had a bite of a vegan falafel the other day and now i really want another one but no one will go with me to get one. I can't wait to go home and listen to my Grizzly Bear record with my dog. Also everyones going to be home, which i really don't care about. I'm seeing 300 on friday with Bob and Travis. This is what is keeping me going this week. They've brought muffins back to the food store at UIC. I was excited about this, as I had missed them. I tried to be vegetarian for 18 hours. Chicken nuggets beat me. I've had this Lost in Translation DVD next to my computer because I've wanted to watch it but I haven't. I quit freecell. I photoshopped one of my roommates sucking another mans cock. I wish this was the first time I'd done it. I wish i didn't spend 10 minutes on google image search looking for an appropriate cock. I wish i hadn't forgotten a pen in psych today. I need to buy a calc book still. Where is Sara when you need her?

I'm enjoying life right now. Making a lot of changes that I hope will help me. I already feel better. Some changes include:
-Eating better (I've already started this and it feels good. An apple a day...)
-Cutting down on smoking (thank you cold for making this a lot easier)
-Telling my roommates to shut the fuck up
-Working out (this will also serve as an excuse to get away from my roommates)
-Trying to make some friends
-Showing old friends i appreciate them being around

my saturn goes away tomorrow. it served me well. here's some history behind it: i basically inherited the car from my grandpa because it was my grandma's before she died. I remember listening to oldies 104.3 in it with her when we drove to aldi's. i didn't really realize that i'm never going to see it again until tonight, even though we've been talking about it for a few weeks. anyways i guess that closes another chapter in my life

This weekend was preeeetty sweet. I picked up Sara at the train station during that horrible wind and rain. But it really is only horrible when you're alone. On the way there I just cursed my umbrella for turning itself inside out and I shook in the cold. But walking back with Sara was a completely different experience. It was... like... fun. Anyways, since it was so lame outside we just stayed in and ROCKED, and then we watched the Big Lebowski, which never really gets old for me. The next day we went and saw Shortbus which I can say without a doubt is the best movie I've seen in years. I think it's totally our style, and it made me really want to give Sara a hug afterwards, I think I did...
Anyways those are the highlights, I'm probably forgetting something. Or excluding something on purpose. Who knows.
